Assistant COST MANAGER, LONDON

Quantity Surveying (Commercial) | , London and South East London | Permanent | RB192 | Up to £35,000 package + fringe benefits

Our client, a leading developer/contractor is in the market for a Cost Manager to work on major building projects throughout London.

They are trading from a strong financial position and have secured work until 2020.

You will work alongside a Senior Cost Manager, on both pre and post contract works. The position will involve a high level of interaction with consultants and supply chain subcontractors/suppliers.

You will also interact with other internal teams, to include design and planning authorities.

General duties will include:

• Design evaluation, value engineering and financial feasibility exercises
• Preparation of contract documentation
• Cash flow forecasting and monitoring
• Assist with the analysis of final accounts for payment
