PROJECT DIRECTOR – Bridges - Kuwait

You will be joining what is regarded as one of the best known and most successful international civil engineering contractors operating throughout the Western Hemisphere.

The opportunity has arisen due to the recent award of a US$billion project involving the construction of a precast segmental bridge with all the infrastructure, services and ancillary buildings.

The requirement is for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager/Project Director with at least 20 years construction experience including an in depth knowledge of all aspects of heavy civil engineering projects. 

Probably a qualified civil engineer capable of running the entire project to ensure that all contractual requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  Excellent interpersonal skills are also demanded with both clients and partners alike to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all the construction activities.

Your role initially will involve setting up the project team from scratch and to quickly interact with the Client and their representatives to carry out constructability reviews and feasibility studies as required.

The position demands a mature and well seasoned Project Director with previous experience gained within the international market and a proven track record in the successful completion of major bridge projects within budget and to programme.
